Teach Where You Want, When You Want.

Are you a native speaker of English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese and would like to work in the comfort of your own home or other place of your choosing? Then becoming an online language trainer may be the opportunity you are looking for. You would also need to be IT literate and have telephone, computer and broadband internet connection; have experience and/or qualifications in teaching your native language; and preferably also have business experience. If you fit the profile, then ISUS (ispeakuspeak) may be interested in training and employing you as one of their online trainers.

Responsibilities involve:
- teaching class sessions through discussions and role plays via the telephone (20-25 minutes per session)
- sending feedback after each sessiion via the ISUS platform (approx. 5 minutes)
- monitoring student progress with ISUS or GlobalEnglish self-study plans (considered to be part of the class preparation process)

Trainers are supplied with all lesson materials designed to cover an academic year (10 months) and all relevant training in the telephone class method is provided. You can work up to 25-30 hours a week all year round but can choose to work as much or as little as you want.

The students are adult learners who use the target language in their work. Their ages range from 25-55 and they are employed in multinational firms who normally provide training as a benefit. Their language levels range from pre-intermediate to advanced and they will apply their learning within the business setting, e.g., in negotiations; meetings; presentations; e-mail communications etc. within their business sector. These can include banking and finance; energy; telecommunications etc. and can cover posts in HR, sales, marketing, IT and administration, for example.

ISUS employs its trainers on a freelance basis and pays monthly for the number of hours worked. Rates of pay are competitive and quoted according to your country of fiscal residence and  local currency. A contract is provided and their human resources department can provide guidance on tax related information.
